Boxing Day Plans

Our Boxing day plans was to go to our friends Jenny & Geoff's in Manchester so we made our way down later in the afternoon, Phil had to drive as i have a provisional licence i am not allowed to drive on the motorway. We got there about 5pm and pretty much started drinking when we got there. We were chatting and having a really great time, but we managed to drag ourselves away from the ale for long enough to get ready for our night out.

Jen and Geoff suprised us at the first place we stopped off at, it was a place called Cloud 23, a bar in the Hilton Hotel. We stayed there for a while and moved on to another little bar, we stayed there for a few drinks and got pekish so we ended up in a little Spanish Tapa's place for something to eat. It was really nice.

We managed to call it a night at around 12 as Manchester was freakishly empty for Boxing day. So we went back to the house and carried on drinking until about 2am! Phil and Geoff made me laugh because during our drinks back in the house, they went outside and fired up some cigars. I went out to see how they were and they were dancing away in the garden, thinking they were some members of a boy band! haha. Geoff has a shed and they ended up finishing their Cigars in there and renamed it the smoking shed! haha. We made sure loads of photo's were taken that night.

When we got up the next morning we all decided to go and watch I am Legend with Will Smith in it. Me and Jen are big Will fans and have been wanting to see the film for a while! We all thought it was really, really good! I would watch it again deffo...Will is mighty fine!! MEOW!

We had to leave after we got back from watching the film as we had to go to Phil's mums for a roast dinner (yum).
