Over the last week or so me and my friend/colleague Sarah have been planning what to wear for our Christmas night out in London. Our head office is based in London and it was decided that is where the night out would be. This is exciting for both me and Sarah as we have never met any of our colleagues in London. We want to make a good impression as you can imagine, so meticulous planning has to be made. I trawled the Internet and found the perfect top for me (black and pink) and i decided that i would wear dark jeans and star jewellery accessories - but i am having a real hard time trying to find the perfect accessories. Sarah is all sorted now, she has her top and all her accessories now. I ran out at lunchtime on friday and bought the top i saw - thank god as there was only a couple left. So this week i am going to make it my mission to find the perfect jewellery to compliment my outfit. Our night out isn't until the 11th December but i just want it all ready. I can't wait we're going to have such a laugh. Me and Sarah are sharing hotel room and we are going to have the music on a drinks flowing before we have to meet up with everybody. It takes time to glam up!! haha.
Yesterday, i ran round all day, food shopping. I thought i would pop back into the tattoo shop to see them over my tattoo. Since it has healed, the pink star seemed a little patchy for my liking. Aparently this is quite common depending on your skin type. So i asked that they go over them for me to take the patches out. They said no problem and booked me in there and then. I thought i would just get this done today, it wont hurt that much, the colouring in usually doesn't but "OH MY GOD" was i wrong!
Usually when they colour in, they use a 3/4 row needle, but this time, she just used a single needle, like they use for the outline and it was agony!! I think i was bloody brave, because this time i didn't have any numbing gel, just raw tattooing!
I was happy once it had finished, but it absolutely killed me. She wrapped me up and sent me on my way and it literally felt that my hand was going to fall off! I just about managed to drive home! I am happy with the end result now, the star looks really brighter and just the way i wanted it.
