I am absolutely mortified!! I got off the train from work today and found my darling baby car all smashed up and my car radio ripped out and stolen! I burst out crying and called Phil. While i was waiting for Phil to come and rescue me, i called the Police, the woman was lovely and took all my details. She told me the Crime Scene people will come later and take finger prints. I would call on my favourite CSI's if i could, i know Grissom would find the culprit! On the ground amongst all the glass Phil spotted a metal wire - "This could be how they prised the radio out" Phil said. "Right ok, i will bag it!" in true CSI form! So i ripped a part of the Marks and Spencer carrier bag i had with me and picked up the "evidence" with it and placed it in the car for forensic testing. Phil had bought me that radio as a congratulations gift for passing my driving test. Phil drove my windowless car back home in the freezing cold and i drove his back. I had another little weep on the way home, i was so mad and so upset that someone would do this to me. Now while i have no window i have to get the scabby bus to work! :( Tuesday, 20 January 2009

It's horrible when that happens, they are horrible little scumbags! Get a face off radio next time! It's the only way!
I hate to break it to you but the police won't be able to do a thing, even if you had caught the little b@stard and handed him over he'd only get a smack on the wrist. They don't waste CSI resources on car crime! Are you covered by insurance? x

@ Peter, it was a face off radio, i take it off every morning and put it in the glove compartment, so they found it. I will have to call my insurance today.
Oh, that's horrible. I'm so sorry Hayley! Cocaine Princess is right though, thank God you were okay. I'm crossing my fingers they find the criminal.
