Yesterday i had an appointment with the place where i got my eyes lasered about 2 years ago. Lately i have been struggling to see long distance and i am squinting to see. So i went back to see whether i just had an infection or something. Laser eye surgery is about £900 per eye, so it's a lot of money, and they pretty much told me to either consider glasses or to have my eyes re-treated again!! I was absolutely gutted, i don't to have to go through all that again. So i was pretty low yesterday with that decision looming over me. I have to go back next week to have an eye drop test to see whether i will qualify again. Meanwhile i went to Weight Watchers again for my weekly meeting and i lost 1 and a half lbs!! Lee lost 2lbs! So we done quite well. I was happy that i lost that, as i wasn't expecting a weight loss this week - i've been a little naughty!! hehe.

ouch... i've heard that a lot of people come to SA to have their lazer ops done, with the exchange rate (ZAR/pound 13.96)it's so much more affordable... we have some really good doctors here, come have it done here! wow i sound like a advertisement...

Good for you with the weight loss Hayley...sorry about the eye situation though. I'm sooo afraid to get that surgery but I could probably benefit from it.
Sweetass rsa, is "SA" south africa? I have recently found out that re-treatment is either free if it's done during 18 months of first treatment or 50% off after 18months, which is me.
