The Dark Knight

I have had a lovely weekend, i took Friday off and spent the day with Phil. We went into the City Centre and done some clothes shopping and had a walk around looking for suits for our friends wedding in October. We saw a really nice grey suit in Ricci so Phil is going to buy that. In the night we went to the offy and bought a large bottle of Vodka and a bottle of Peach Schnapps and headed home. We decided that we were going to get wasted and play Call of Duty 4 on the PS3. We had a laugh, it was a good night.
On Saturday i lounged around in my PJ's while Phil went out with his friend and went to buy the suit he saw. I got a lovely hot bath and got into more PJ's! haha.
On Sunday, we went to Jen and Geoffs house for a cooked breakfast and we all headed to the Cinema. We all wanted to go and see The Dark Knight, so we went and booked the tickets and headed off to the beer garden for a couple of shandies before it started. It was absolutely roasting all day and i caught the sun on my back - well burnt my back i should say!
Our showing was at 3.30pm so we headed over and watched the film, it was really good. I actually enjoyed it more than i thought i would. Heath Ledger was brilliant in it and he deserves an Oscar for his performance, it was quite disturbing how in character he actually was! Once the film had finished it was 6.30, so we headed into town to Etsu Japanese Restaurant for our dinner. The food was delicious, i really enjoy Japanese food and i think their Bento boxes are really good, there is just enough on them to fill you up, but not to the point where you think you will burst! I also love their California rolls as well!
I have actually just bought a Bento Box online so that i can make my own for work and put some sticky rice in and salad for the summer!

How cute is it! Chopsticks and everything! I bought it from www.jbox.com they have loads of gorgeous stuff and also food shapers for kids, helps them eat Veg!!

I have always been a fan of Heath Ledger. I absolutely loved him in A Knight's Tale. I hope Heath not only gets the Oscar nomination but wins!

You and Phil make such a sweet couple.
