The Incident Last Week

Last week i was absolutely scared out of my skin! We live on the end house of a row of terrace houses and there is a gated entry next to us, this is where all the wheely bins are kept for the bin men. There is also a fence at the end of our street and behind are trees and the railway.

Well last week i went to bed around 11pm and i always sleep with the window open. I heard someone walking down the street and stop by my house. I looked out the window thinking it may be Phil (as he was working away all week) and i noticed a reflection from our car facing the house of someone standing there. I kept looking out the window and i heard what sounded like someone trying to open our front door! Well i crapped! I tried calling Phil and it rang out, i was trying to see if he was trying to get in and then suddenly i heard him climb up and over the gate in the entry.

Then what was about 25 minutes, i could hear bustling and trees breaking and noise. What was he doing? I ran downstairs and checked the door and the windows were locked and waited. I peered out of the blinds in the livingroom and couldn't see a thing. Then i saw someone jump back over look around and then walk casually up the street.

I couldn't sleep all night then and was tossing and turning, Phil called and i told him and he said i should have called the Police, i said "i know, but i have mis-match PJ's on!".

Anyway, i thought that was all over - UNTIL last night! I was sitting on the couch and i heard more bustling and trees snapping and i ran to the front door. I don't know what possessed me but i opened the door and looked around. The trees were waving and snapping above me and i looked up! There he was again standing on top of the fence...

"What the F*** are you doing?"

"erm...crossing over the lines, is that not ok?"

"OF COURSE IT'S F****ING NOT OK! CREEPING ROUND MY HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!"

"sorry love"

"So you should be, now get lost!"

I slammed the door as hard as i could and he jumped down and ran up the street!
