Our 3 mile run!

OMG we have just had to run 3 miles around Walton Hall Park as part of our Personal Trainer session. I was wiped, i am actually surprised i could do it to be honest. I must have ate about 100 midgy flies on my way round as well! haha.
Instead of going into the gym today, we decided as it was gorgeous weather outside, that we would go to the park and do some exercising there instead. So it was decided that we would run round the whole thing! Take a look at the picture attached, that is the actual park we ran around! Respect please! haha
They have apparatus around the track as well, which i think was really good. I think next time, we will be taking the pads with us and doing some boxing exercise, which i think will be fun. We found a "poo free" patch of grass after our run and done some stomach and leg training. We couldn't stop laughing, we had a laugh, i think it is good that way because it doesn't feel as intense.
Ah well at least i burnt off that Sunday Carvery me and Phil had yesterday!
Legs, bums and tums tomorrow! eeeeeek!
